Aloka Life Yoga Alliance® Certification
Our Connecticut based Yoga Alliance® Teacher Training (RYT 200 hour) is focused on the therapeutic aspects of yoga and is designed to train teachers to work holistically with students based on individual needs. During the training we will teach you a variety of yoga techniques to bring the body into balance, reduce stress, and open energetically. An in-depth study of anatomy and physiology will prepare the Yoga teacher to work safely and effectively with students of all levels as well as offering rehabilitation to those students with health concerns. Trainees will also study the Yogic Texts, explore and experience the energetic bodies, and develop a meditation practice.
